I drove over 2 hours to see Nina and it was well worth it. It is a scary thing, trusting someone with your deepest insecurity. For me, I had been insecure about some skin laxity on my upper abdomen for years. We decided to do a collagen boosting skin regenerating treatment that would tighten my skin and reduce crepey skin texture naturally. Nina was so kind and gentle and she was even able to manage and comfort my fear of needles. I would never go anywhere else! Even though I thought collagen would take a few months to form, I was surprised to see a definitive improvement within a week that… continued to improve over time. I just had my second treatment a few months later, and wow my skin is looking so much more youthful. While it is not quite perfect yet (and perhaps perfection is an unrealistic goal) I am no longer filled with despair whenever I look at my belly. Sara at Silver Solutions is an excellent Aesthetician. I have extremely dry skin in the winter and around my nose and tops of my cheeks it often peels. Went for my first hydrofacial today and WOW, what a great experience! I’ve only had traditional facials and microdermabrasion done before. Nina’s MedSpa, Silver Solutions, has a serene and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Nina clearly explains her procedures and ideas, and she answers any and all questions. She is meticulously detailed in her work. She is a self-proclaimed perfectionist and it shows. I would never go elsewhere, she’s got a fan for life!

I’m nearing 33 and had been self-conscious about the deep line across my forehead since I was in my teens, but after working with Nina, the line is gone and I’m no longer hiding my forehead under hats!! Nina is well educated in the field and I look forward to seeing her every 3 1/2 months for my treatment! Nina has preformed multiple spa services on me. Let me start with kybella. It’s a process which helps with appearance of my profile (injections are used) and retraction takes place. Nina and staff are professional and REALISTIC on what to expect. Kybella involves the swelling of my chin with a. Average time of swelling to last (about 11 days) she was very up front and honest with me. It’s a service I’m glad I had. I can see a difference in my before and after photos, I can’t wait to share. I’m just over two months out after my first treatment and had my second today! I was told in the… beginning I would need at least two treatments. The swelling is notyhing that a scarf won’t cover. It was not a painful process for me. It definetely has improved my profile and created more contour. Through the whole process, I felt as though Nina was highly educated, experienced and thorough. She actually explained the science behind the process! (Which by the way was fascinating). Great staff, great results. Professional and caring. I feel very well taken care of. I have known Nina for 29 years. I have been a client of hers since 2011. I go to Nina because she has great technique, expertise and artistic talent.My most recent treatment was the PRP procedure. I work in the medical field and was very intrigued by the procedure of injecting my own platelet rich plasma into my face to rejuvenate my skin. I completed a 10-day cleanse under the guidance and supervision of Jennifer Nugent, NP. Three days ago, I had my first PRP hair treatment with Jennifer Nugent. From the minute I walked in the door, Jen and Nina Silver were warm and friendly. In the exam room, Jen explained every detail of the procedure and thoroughly answered all of my questions – she even looked up those she wasn’t sure of. Before the procedure, Jen thoroughly examined my scalp and hair. Her obviously knowledge of PRP and her warm and caring approach put my wildly nervous self at ease. By the time the procedure started, I was no longer nervous. The blood draw was quick and easy and the scalp treatments were… only mildly uncomfortable. Jen was very skillful and aware of my comfort level the entire time. She explained everything she was doing. Something that I initially feared was actually a pleasant experience.
